What is the Maiar Login?
Maiar Login allows you to use your phone to sign in to an application that requires a wallet connection. Examples of such apps include the Elrond Web Wallet, the Maiar Exchange, the Maiar Launchpad and soon other applications in the Elrond ecosystem.
The new authentication method requires you to scan a QR code with your phone, and then you’re instantly signed in. If you’re on a mobile device, you don’t need to scan the QR code, it will simply be open from the Maiar app via deep linking.
The Maiar Login method is implemented through the WalletConnect open source authentication protocol.
